JARDIN DEL EDEN's aim is it to provide sufficient supplies for the children and the youths (for the time being) and to offer promising future prospects in the long run.  

	The construction of new accommodation units has led to better living-conditions.  65 children and youths are accommodated in JARDIN DEL EDEN.
	The construction of a new water-tank safeguards the drinking water supply of the home.
	Eight youths and children attend a secondary school (grades 7 - 12 ) and are privately coached by a female teacher supervising their home-studies.
	Juan, 19, is able to walk properly again. While still a child he had a severe accident (as he was working in the street) with  his left leg stopping to continue to grow and remaining 13 cm shorter than his right one. This handicap could be over-    come by a successful surgical operation.
	Building up our own carpentry workshop has been our main objective in the past few years. Besides a qualified school education we want to offer professional training courses to our youths with the long-term aim  to enable them to make their own living.
